Ebantix E33040
EBA REPSOL EBANTIX® E33040 offers excellent flexibility and polarity and is suitable for hot-melt adhesives due to its high fluidity, polymer blends and compounds in automotive and cable applications. The butyl acrylate content is 33%. It contains antioxidant and free flowing agent.

Recommended melt temperature 180ºC. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E33040 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
