EBA REPSOL EBANTIX® E2735 is a copolymer suitable for general extrusion, injection moulding and compounds where good processability, flexibility and very good mechanical properties are required. The butyl acrylate content is 27%. It contains antioxidant additives and free flowing additives
Applications
- Extrusion (profiles, sheets).
- Injection moulding.
- Microcellular foams.
- Compounds and masterbatches.
Recommended melt temperature is 180ºC. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E2735 are similar to LDPE. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line.
