Formolene 5140N
5140N
Formolene® 5140N is a homopolymer polypropylene with fast cycle time and improved mold release. It has use in injection molded applications including closures and thin wall container programs. It contains a unique combination of stabilizers and additives, including elevated levels of antistat which provide excellent processabililty and good end use performance.
Formolene® 5140N meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact.
