Enplast Medical Grade TPE's
Entec Polymers offers a full range of transparent, high clarity medical grade thermoplastic elastomers from Enplast Americas. These ISO 10993-5 compliant TPEs offer exceptional water-like clarity and rubber-like elasticity and come in a wide range of hardness from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D. The EnFlex® MD4000 CL-Series products are based on SEBS and can be processed by injection molding and film and profile extrusion. The EnFlex® MD-5000 CL-Series products are based on hydrogenated poly (isoprene-butadiene) copolymers and can be processed by injection molding, film and profile extrusion and blow molding. EnFlex® MD products can be sterilized by most common sterilization methods, buy gamma and autoclave (low pressure steam) are the preferred methods.
