E27150
EBA REPSOL EBANTIX ® E27150 offers excellent flexibility and is suitable for injection moulding. The butyl acrylate content is 20%. It contains antioxidant and free flowing agent.
Applications:
Hot Melt Adhesives.
Packaging.
Bookbinding.
Carpet backing.
Recommended melt temperature 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of E27150 are similar to LDPE and conventional polyethylene extruders are recommended. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
