19 MELT FLOW ULTRA HIGH IMPACT PP COPOLYMER FOR INJECTION MOLDING

Pinnacle Polymers Polypropylene 4119H is made via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system to ensure uniform physical properties and lot-to-lot consistency.

This product is intended for use in applications were superior impact properties are required. It should be considered for fabrication of cold or all-weather items.

The 4119H product provides:

• Cold temperature impact resistant

• Excellent mold release

• Superior balance of stiffness and impact strength

• Excellent color and processing stability

Potential applications include: transportation (automotive, ATV’s, cold weather sporting vehicles), containers, crates and totes, lawn and garden equipment, outdoor furniture, and packaging - especially for cold temperature use Pinnacle’s 4119H polypropylene as marketed by Pinnacle Polymers Company, in natural, uncolored pellet form is covered under US FDA Food Contact Notification 864. As such, this polymer complies with the requirements of CFR Title 21 and can be used in contact with all food types under Conditions of Use A-H.
